The Challenges:

Sean was an excellent salesman and talented professional, but he needed support in scaling that special sauce and applying it to a recognizable, trustworthy, go-to brand. Design:

The what and how of the business was easy to identify, so Ad-Apt took that know-how and created a website, logo, and branding to give the business marketing life.

Product Development:

With a cool logo popping off the page, Ad-Apt created apparel, stickers, and all the necessary marketing collateral, including business cards.

Sales Enablement:

Sean and his workers knew their way around a shovel and hammer, but Ad-Apt went to work creating an email marketing strategy, pipeline communication strategies, and all the tools needed to create a buzz and website traffic.

Production:

Boss PDX did great work, so the Ad-Apt team helped the business capture photo and video content to showcase project before-and-afters, in-progress shots and video, and letting the photos and video tell the story.

Conversion Rate Optimization:

The Ad-Apt team went to work setting up all the back-end functions needed to get the marketing up and humming, including:

    • Marketing Analytics – set up Google ads, Google search console, Google Analytics 
    • Advertising: Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, Home Advisor ads

Social Media:

You can’t have a social media presence without social media accounts. The Ad-Apt team created social channel accounts, setting them up for success.

Consulting:

All the other “stuff” that needs to be considered when setting up a business was handled by Ad-Apt, including legal sourcing, required contracts and disclosures, operating agreements, and more.

The Results:

Boss PDX today has several Page 1 rankings on Google, driving quality lead generation and filling up its appointment books. The business has more than 25 positive reviews and a recognizable brand with logos on vehicles, signage and employee clothing grabbing the attention of would-be clients. Ad-Apt established a fully developed CRM platform, including invoicing and client communication. The business is on pace to do over $1 million in sales in the first 12 months of operation.
